Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, add mushrooms then take out of saucepan.
Brown the chicken pieces for a few minutes ( approx 4 mins each side) season with the Kirkland spice, salt and pepper. Add onion and garlic mixture back into the saucepan with chicken pieces and add curry powder. Mix all together and turn off heat.
Place in Oven proof dish.
Mix chutney and mayo and pour over the chicken pieces.
Bake at 160 C / 320 F for 45 minutes
Serve with Basmati Rice and Salad of your choice.
